Vajara Yogini yoga is similar to Hatha yoga from India. It was practice by nuns in the monasteries in Tibet and China. Using flowing movements, mudras and breath the energy flow was used for rejuvenation and meditation.
Tibetan nuns preserved the teachings, and thanks to Master Sunyata it was introduced to us.
